Copy what other successful auto manufactures are doing, Toyota in this case! An EV that has a reasonable cost, a battery that can deliver the electricity for high mileage and distance, a quick battery recharging time and a decent battery replacement cost. ALL of these auto batteries will be REUSED or RECYCLED, they will not be thrown away into a land fill OR placed in storage and piled up! Some people have NO clue! I will drive my current vehicle into the ground before buying anything new, used, EV, Inbred, diesel, hydrogen, alternative fuel, CNG, concept or anything else. My current vehicle was paid for many years ago and it works just fine! Why have another car payment in 'coming out of the closet' Barry's lousy, smoke and mirrors, lack of jobs, dog and pony show and in the crapper economy, the good paying jobs are Not there. Barry's economy is not improving but continues to hurt the population and the job numbers continues to be down – no matter how smoooooth talking Barry spins those numbers and he can spin them very well! People will still drive and buy fuel no matter what but it sure helps to have a job too! Whatever the size or shape of the vehicle, Produce and ‘Drive’ vehicles with high MPG, are very reliable, have a ‘reasonable’ cost and a good ‘value’ for the money. The price of fuel at the pump is too high! 12/22/2012!

That's right, Ford. Wanna sell more than Toyata, lower the price and get competitive. Nobody wants to pay 40 grand for a run-a-bout town car. An electric car shouldn't cost more than 20 grand. Can't do it for 20 grand? Get out of the business. Leave it to the Japanese. Get into natural gas vehicles.

Ford's been on the mark the last few years, so they must see a future in the EV market. It's good to see business making investment, and not Government spending tax dollars on thigns like Solyndra.

This is most likely a waste of money! Electric is NOT the way to go. There are many other options that are good energy alternatives.
